  Cycle Plus Pan Feeding
Improve uniformity and feeding efficiency while reducing stressful in-house migration and mortality. By running on a continuous cycle with a constantly "charged" line, the Cumberland Cycle Plus Pan Feeder system eliminates "skips" in feed delivery, distributes feed evenly and simultaneously to all pans on the line, assures equal access to feed for all birds and generates less feed separation than the typical programmed feeding system.

Light, durable, fully galvanized feed line hoppers are available in the standard 120 pound (54 kg) capacity or larger 200 or 300 pound (91 and 135 kg) capacities.Direct Drive Power UnitsOne third horsepower, direct drive, high efficiency power units provide smooth transfer of feed throughout the system, propelling the coreless auger at 100 feet per minute, while gently rotating to constantly remix the ration. Hardened steel gears furnish years of dependable, maintenance free service.

  Hi-Lo Breeder Feeder
Unloader and Agitator Arm
Unique engineering in our patented unloader allows for continuous operation while eliminating "over packing" in the delivery tube. A clear PVC service section allows you to visually monitor performance and feed level in the tube and provides a convenient access point for removing unwanted material from the line without disassembling the system.
         
    From the tank to the pan, distribution is entirely controlled from the fully programmable (for up to 48 hours) control panel. You determine the number of feedings per day (up to 10) and set the start and length-of-run times for each feeding. Once you've set the schedule, the control panel takes over and the system literally runs itself. Function indicator lights let you know that the weigh bin or hoppers are filling and the feed line is running, while separate operation of fill system and feed lines can be controlled either manually or automatically. A built in fill system delay means the line from the tank will kick on before the feeder line. This option ensures that the hoppers are filled before the line starts moving, thereby preventing "skips" in the charged line and unequal distribution to the pans.  
       
   

The heavy duty mechanical tank scale allows you to easily set the daily ration of feed simply by sliding the poise to the desired weight. Once this amount has been distributed, the system automatically shuts itself down (while leaving the system fully charged, ready for the next feeding).

Overall, the Cumberland Cycle Plus Pan Feeder system significantly reduces labor and management time, notably improving the overall cost efficiency of producing pullets.
